Hi All, I hope this finds ye well and safe,
so here it is ..my second post….
I was in Grafton St Dublin with my friend Doreen
and her two great kids..images which I will post later in the
month when I have done some work on them….so back to what you’re looking at now.
There is a couple of flower sellers on the Street, and they were selling these beauties.
I think they are called Chinese Lanterns …please correct me if you know..
I brought them home and as some of you know I will spend time shooting for myself
as much as I will for my profession, and this is the fruits of my labour…
They are all shot in the studio with the flash heads but I only used the modelling lamp
and then processed them in Photoshop and used a collection of textures on them…
The last 3 images were shot on my kitchen table with sunlight coming in from my front door.
Some of the textures are my own and the others are fromĀ Kim Klassen, but most are from
Jerry Jones, of SkeletaMess andĀ ShadowHouse Creations these people give us a lot of free textures
that help us bring our work to a whole other level…I thank them both and all the other people who give us
some great free textures o work with….
So before I bore you all to tears with any more words….here are my images…Hope you like them..
Thanks for taking the time to visit…would love to hear what you think…Podge

These are so beautiful P…so many of them look like they are painted – wonderful texture work…particularly love the ones with the pale blue background…they would look incredible as large canvases…
